Jerry Miller, 57, of Hamberg, Ark. passed away at home in the early hours of Oct. 10 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., Jerry enjoyed the outdoors at his family’s home on Lake Pemaquid in Nobleboro, and was a proud graduate of Lincoln Academy class of 1984.

She was born the middle of five sisters, Grace (Bill Williams), Arlene (Edward Schultz), Marie (Vernon Studley), Joan (Len Harlow), Ava (Jim Phillips), and one brother, Francis.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John William “Bill” Dawson, 84, on Oct. 7, 2024. Bill left this world peacefully, surrounded by his beloved children, Kathryn Cook and Michael Dawson, in Orlando, Fla. Jeanne grew up on Cape Cod in Falmouth, Mass. then spent many years in Nobleboro, before moving to Sarasota, Fla., and returning back to her home area settling in Edgecomb in 2021.
