Lincoln Academy and Coastal Rivers Conservation Trust announced the rebirth of the Annual Lincoln Academy Student Art Exhibition, which will take place May 4-18 at the Coastal Rivers’ Denny Conservation and Education Center, 3 Round Top Lane in Damariscotta.

Kenneth Arthur Lutte passed away on April 26, 2022, from Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS, or Lou Gehrig’s Disease) at the age of 75. He was surrounded by his family.
Bringing Food Home Summer Meals: Volunteers Wanted
For the past several years, Healthy Lincoln County staff and volunteers have served thousands of meals to children in Lincoln County. Officially known as the Summer Food Service Program, Summer Meals is a federally-funded, state-administered program that provides meals when school is not in session. In Lincoln and Knox counties, HLC is the program operator. In the summer of 2021 for example, HLC provided over 25,000 meals to children from Boothbay to Camden.
Prescription Drug Disposal Day
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office along with the police departments of Boothbay Harbor, Damariscotta, Waldoboro, and Wiscasset will host the semi-annual Drug Take-Back Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30.
