Medomak Valley senior Connor Daigle ran to first place at the North Class B Regional championships, held Oct. 23 in Belfast. Daigle ran his best time on the course in 15:53.52 to win the Regional crown.

Medomak Middle School boys and girls soccer teams defeated Oceanside on Oct. 20 to advance to the Busline League championships, to be held Oct. 23 at Lookout Point in Lincolnville. The girls play at 10 a.m. and the boys at 12 noon.

Lincoln Academy girls soccer team closed out their KVAC season with a 2-0 win over Gardiner under the lights in Newcastle. Cat Johnson scored off a Skyler Houghton cross in the first half, and Marley LeBel scored early in the second half.

Boothbay-Wiscasset Cross Country Win MVC Title Lady Seahawks MVC Runners-Up
Boothbay-Wiscasset boys cross country team ran to victory at the MVC championships on Oct. 16 at University of Maine Augusta. Lucas Hardwick led the Seahawk charge with a seventh place finish in 19:25. Rounding out the scoring five were Dominick Dow, Ryan Clark, Gryffin Kristan and Austin Trask. The Seahawks placed five scoring runners in the top 21.
