On July 4, 2020, Adelyn Glidden Hussey Boyce, age 105, passed away peacefully at The Fountains in Kalamazoo, Mich. Her family was with her.

John Day, 83, of Jefferson, breathed his last breath holding the hand of his much-loved wife, Ellie, on June 24, 2020. He was a wonderfully thoughtful and caring man, who, although not a religious one, was devoted to the belief of living his life based on humility, integrity, and kindness. His quiet demeanor was charged with a wicked sense of humor which made him such fun to be around.

Lee Frank William Laughlin, 67, of Pemaquid, known to the local community as “Will,” passed away on the afternoon of June 25, 2020, after a brief illness at Pen Bay Medical Center. He went peacefully with his loving wife, Toni Farnsworth Laughlin, at his side.

Susan Raymond Andrew, 72, of Pemaquid, lost her battle with cancer after a valiant fight on June 20, 2020. Born in Waterville in 1947, Susan was the daughter of Horace and Alberta (Parker) Raymond.

Melba M. Boynton, 83, of Nobleboro, wife, mother, and dear friend to all, passed away peacefully on June 25, 2020 in Damariscotta, unexpectedly after a brief battle with lung cancer.
