Katherine (Kathy) Marie Benner, 60, of Waldoboro, passed away on Aug. 29, 2021, at the home of her sister, Dolly Griesenbrock, after a long battle with pancreatic cancer with the loving care of her two sisters, Teresa and Dolly, at her side constantly.

Kathy Ann Richards Harris, born Feb. 29, 1964, passed away peacefully at her home in Rochester, N.H.

Jeanne Sabra (Colby) Feyler, 84, of Damariscotta, formerly of Mount Vernon, was born in Coopers Mills, on Jan. 5, 1937, the daughter of the late Chester and Marieta (Abbott) Colby. Jeanne passed away on Aug. 30, 2021 after a short period of declining health.

Jacquelyn “Jackie” Tait, 90, died peacefully at home on Aug. 16, 2021 after a short period of declining health. Jackie was born on March 28, 1931 to the late James and Jenny Harkins in Waldoboro; she graduated from Waldoboro High School in 1949.

Stanley Fraser, 79, of Bremen and Quaker Hill, Conn. passed away peacefully with family by his side at L&M Hospital on Aug. 19, 2021.

Rosemarie “Posy” A. Wade, 78, of Waldoboro, passed away on Aug. 29, 2021  at Maine Medical Center in Portland after a brief illness.

William A. Cade, Jr. was born Sept. 30, 1945 in Norwalk, Conn. to William and Lillian Cade. He died peacefully at home in Bell, Fla. on Aug. 10, 2021.

Martha L. Brackett, 87, of Bristol, passed on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021 with her husband by her side, at Sussman House Hospice in Rockport, after a long illness.

John Whitney Wagner, 66, of Seabeck, Wash. and East Boothbay, died unexpectedly but peacefully on Aug. 15, 2021, with his wife Barbara by his side. He was born Oct. 25, 1954 in Tarrytown, N.Y., to Edward and Audrey Leek Wagner.

Suzanne O. Carlson passed away Aug. 7, 2021, shortly before her 82nd birthday. Suzanne was born in Worcester, Mass., on Aug. 20, 1939.

Gary I. Lawyerson died Aug. 14, 2021 at his home in Waldoboro. Gary was born Dec. 14, 1950 in Fort Lee, Va. to Ivan and Patricia (Carey) Laweryson. He grew up in Moscow and Bingham and graduated from Valley High School. During his high school years, Gary excelled at basketball and fought forest fires on the “Hotshot Crew.” He also taught swimming lessons.

The Rev. Dr. Edward James Wynne Jr. completed his earthly journey peacefully on Aug. 23, 2021, surrounded by his family. They will miss him, as will the countless others whose lives he touched through his ministry.
