Marlene A. (Pierce) Douglas, age 87, died peacefully at home on June 10, 2024, after an extended battle with Alzheimer’s.

A memorial service for Jean Desper Fitton Thurston, who passed away on June 5, 2024, will be held at 11 a.m., on Saturday, June 22 at the First Baptist Church of Nobleboro.

Roland G. McLellan, 84, of Trevett died peacefully on June 8, 2024 in Trevett, surrounded by loved ones. Roland was born in Bath on Oct. 28, 1939, the youngest son of Albert and Dorothy (Campbell) McLellan. He grew up in Boothbay and attended local schools.

Doris Carman Musa, 95, of Nobleboro, and formerly of Spring Lake, N.J., passed away peacefully on the afternoon of Wednesday, June 12, 2024, after a long and fulfilling life.

Jean Desper Fitton Thurston, 96, passed away at home in Nobleboro on the afternoon of June 5, 2024. She was born in Worcester, Mass., a daughter of Irving M. and Helen W. Desper.

On Sunday, June 9, in the early hours, our world lost a friend. Henry Bromfield Cabot III, known to so many in the Midcoast and beyond as Harry, passed away at LincolnHealth’s Miles Campus, in Damariscotta, surrounded by friends and family.

Herman N. Wright IV, 39, of Engelbekt Road, Edgecomb, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

Archie W. Letourneau Jr., known as Willy, 94, of Jaffrey, N.H., passed away on May 21, 2024, at Jaffrey Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Jaffrey, N.H., following a period of declining health.

George Stouter, 81, of Bremen passed away Nov. 20, 2023 at home with his children by his side. There will be a celebration of life June 15, 2024 at the Bremen Town House from 1-3 p.m.

There will be a memorial service for Darcy Boyd Austin, who passed away on Jan. 26, 2024, on June 29 at 2 p.m. at Pemaquid Point Lighthouse Park.
