Wesley Melvin Waters, known as “Bump” by his closest friends and family, was the son of Homer Waters and Delphine Overlock. He was born on Jan. 29, 1936, and peacefully passed away on Oct. 11, 2024, surrounded by his beloved family. A proud veteran, Wesley served in the Army, demonstrating unwavering dedication to his country. After his military service, he enjoyed a fulfilling career with the United States Postal Service, where he served as postmaster in Winslow Mills and worked as a rural mail carrier in Boothbay and Waldoboro, retiring after many years of hard work.

Wormelle Jr. and Beatrice Hall Phillips Wormelle. Jeanne grew up on Cape Cod in Falmouth, Mass. then spent many years in Nobleboro, before moving to Sarasota, Fla., and returning back to her home area settling in Edgecomb in 2021.

Michael Paul Dickson, 45, of Wiscasset, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024. He suffered from many long-term health issues. He leaves behind his aunt, Anne Wright (whom he called his second mother); and his two siblings, Bruce and Kimberly; along with many nephews and cousins. His father, Paul, passed in 2022; followed by his mother, Diane, in 2023.

Born March 6, 1939, Beverly passed away the afternoon of Sept. 30, 2024, at the age of 85, surrounded by her family. Bev was born in Damariscotta, to Mary (Bearce) Farrin and Kenneth G. Farrin Sr. Bev grew up on the Thompson Inn Road in South Bristol surrounded by aunts, uncles, and cousins. She attended South Bristol schools and later graduated from Lincoln Academy.
